MD266 Classic Watch Face is a data-focused Wear OS watch face for people who want more than the time on their wrist. It places the date, day, year, week number, day of year, battery level, step count, moon phase and heart-rate information around a classic clock layout. The display can follow your phone’s 12- or 24-hour setting.

Shortcuts and complications

The face includes three fixed app shortcuts for Calendar, Battery and heart-rate measurement. Two additional shortcuts can be assigned to apps of your choice. There are also two customizable complication areas, allowing you to show information such as weather, a world clock, barometer readings, UV index or chance of rain, depending on the data available from your watch.

Color controls cover the time, seconds, date and broader face styling, so the layout can be adjusted without changing its information-heavy character. Some data options may not be available on every watch model.

Device fit and customization

MD266 Classic Watch Face targets Wear OS devices using API level 33 or newer, including Wear OS 4 and later watches such as the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 through 8, Galaxy Watch Ultra and Google Pixel Watch. On Galaxy Watch models, the Samsung Wearable editor may not load a complex face correctly. In that case, customization is handled from the watch itself by opening the face controls.
