Disney Cruise Line Navigator

What Disney Cruise Line Navigator does

Disney Cruise Line Navigator is a travel companion for guests planning, taking and reviewing a Disney cruise. It brings reservation details, check-in tasks, onboard schedules, dining information, deck plans and selected post-cruise records into one app. It suits passengers who want to organise activities before sailing and keep track of plans while onboard.

Before you sail

Use the app to retrieve a reservation, make payments, complete online check-in and review required cruise documents. It also supports reservations and changes for Port Adventures, dining, onboard activities, spa and fitness services, the nursery and other options. Cruise details can include dinner seating, ground transportation, air transportation and special requests such as dietary needs, accessibility arrangements and celebrations.

While onboard

• Browse activities and entertainment for sea days and ports of call.
• Review booked activities, dining schedules and restaurant menus, including children’s menus.
• Save activities to a favourites list and check current offers or specials.
• Use deck plans to locate venues and other ship facilities.
• Chat with family, friends and other passengers through one-to-one or group conversations.
• Find Disney Characters and view help information when needed.

After the voyage

Past reservations remain available for reference, along with the stateroom number and onboard charges from the previous 90 days. Purchased cruise photos can also be downloaded for a limited period, giving guests a way to revisit the trip after returning home.

Published by Disney, the app is listed in Travel & Local and has a 4.28/5 rating from 17,340 reviews, with 1,000,000+ installs. As with every listing, its install, launch, permissions and advertising behaviour are checked separately from the feature description.
